Fibre Art

Back to simple hearts again.  I have so many heart designs in my sewing box, they will be popping up for the rest of the year.  This one is on pink felt, blanket stitched to card.  A piece of nylon knitting ribbon down the (almost ) centre.  originally, I had just the three hearts, which were cut from a six petalled felt flower, but as I was working with a friend,  I was inspired to put the teeny tiny tassels on the bottom of each and three gold seed beads. I did think about adding some text, but my friend Lisa is the expert at that - see her ATCs

I am making a lot of progress with my TT challenge now that I have decided which one to do.
This weekend (Labour day here), is our local art and quilt show, so I will be out and about patrolling the aisles and chatting, making teas, etc for three whole days.  Now making ATCs this weekend will be a challenge in itself!  Let's see how I go!
